Introducing Pixels Harvest Hustle Event
This week, the team behind open world farming game Pixels has officially launched the Harvest Hustle event, giving players an opportunity to earn various rewards until March 9th. Here’s how it works!
What Is the Pixels Harvest Hustle Event?
Harvest Hustle is a limited time in-game event in Pixels where the goal is to collect resources and craft goods to earn various rewards. There are a variety of farming and crafting tasks to complete, and successfully completing them while time remains is rewarded with points used to climb the event’s own leaderboard.
You can get started by visiting the event’s map in the Ronin-powered browser game, where you will find an NPC called Jorge Grassias. Speak with Jorge to start completing quests that not only help you get leaderboard points, but also award you with cosmetic prizes as well. Quests require crafting various items, and you can do that process by using the in-event Crafting Station. The items you craft using this station can be deposited into the Well, and doing so is what actually awards you with points to help you top the rankings.
Players can increase the number of points earned by using the Blade Buttresser and 2 different Rewards Multipliers.
The Blade Buttresser is a premium crafting ingredient that doubles the amount of points you receive from depositing a crafted item. It can be purchased for 10 $PIXEL tokens. The Rewards Multipliers include a 40% and a 60% multiplier, which are used to only increase the amount of $PIXEL tokens you earn from the leaderboard. If you buy both, you can stack them for a 100% bonus. The 40% multiplier is priced at 50 $PIXEL tokens, while the 60% one costs 150 $PIXEL.
The event kicked off on March 4th and will end on March 9th. Here’s what you can potentially earn from participating.
What Can You Earn in Pixels Harvest Hustle Event?
Completing quests during this event is rewarded with either a Hay Bale decoration, a Basket accessory, or a Costume, or all three event-themed rewards. The points you collect can help you get more prizes if you rank in the top 2000 on the points-based leaderboard. Here are the placement rewards:
- Rank 1: Scaregrowier Sculpture (6% Farming Industry) + Tractor Haybale Decoration, $PIXEL rewards
- Rank 2 – 6: Scaregrow Sculpture (4% Farming Industry) + Harvest Haybale Decoration, $PIXEL rewards
- Rank 7 – 25: GachaBox 2 x10, $PIXEL rewards
- Rank 26 – 99: Gacha Box 1 x7, $PIXEL rewards
- Rank 100 – 999: Gacha Box 1 x5, $PIXEL rewards
- Rank 1000 – 2000: Gacha Box 1 x3
Those who win a Sculpture will get a 4% or 6% chance of earning twice the items they usually would from the farming industry.
There are 2 different types of Gacha Boxes you could possibly earn from the ladder. If you earn Gacha Box 1, you could earn 2 Scaregrow Sculptures (4% Farming Industry), 18 Harvest Haybale 3, 30 Harvest Haybale 2, 20 Harvest Hustle Baskets, and 30 Harvest Carts. As for Gacha Box 2, that could reward you with 1 Scaregrowier Sculpture (6% Farming Industry), 25 Harvest Haybale 2, 24 Harvest Hustle Baskets, 25 Harvest Haybale 1, and 25 Harvest Carts.
Ranking in the top 1000 gets you $PIXEL tokens. Here’s how token rewards are distributed:
