Exploring Cambria: A Risk-to-Earn MMO
Overview
Cambria is a browser-based MMO inspired by RuneScape, offering players a top-down fantasy world with on-chain stakes. Players can engage in various degen-native game experiences, including Gold Rush and Duel Arena.
Gameplay Features
- Gold Rush: Collect resources through different skills to craft equipment for high-stakes dungeons
- Open World Dungeons: Face PvE and PvP challenges to extract rare artifacts and loot
- Duel Arena: Wager ETH in 1v1 battles for rewards and XP
Originally built on Blast, Cambria joined the Ronin Forge program in September 2024. Players had the opportunity to play to earn on both Blast and Ronin during the first season. The introduction of Cambria Cores on Ronin allowed players to stake NFTs to earn Shards, which could be used to mint Companions for in-game assistance.
