Since its launch in 2022, the GAM3 Awards have become a pivotal event in the blockchain gaming sector, honoring groundbreaking games and creative talents across diverse genres.

In 2023, the awards garnered overwhelming participation with over 450,000 votes cast from a unique pool of 50,000 voters. The ceremony was streamed online, attracting more than 50,000 live viewers with peaks of over 36,000 concurrent viewers on Twitch. Notably, the web3 trading card game, Parallel, clinched multiple honors, including “Game of the Year.”

The “Best Graphics” title has been renamed to “Best Art Direction,” recognizing unique art styles without focusing solely on high-fidelity graphics.

Voting Process and Noteworthy Nominees
For most categories, 90% of the voting weight is assigned to a jury, while the community holds 10%. In contrast, the People’s Choice and Best Content Creator categories will rely entirely on community input, with shortlisted studios participating in the Games’ Choice award based on their selections.
This year’s nominees span 17 blockchain networks, illustrating the industry’s rich diversity. The top five nominated networks include Immutable, Polygon, Avalanche, Arbitrum, and Solana.
